Terrible customer service argued with a supervisor for 2 hours over a bill we now received in January for 6 months ago for 1000! Saying we didn’t pay for the last 6 months and we have bank statements! Terrible will never go back.

Horrible internet. It’s constantly going down all day for no apparent reason. My family a few apartments down has the same issue so I know it’s not router specific to me. Horrible and very aggravating when you can’t do anything without having your devices disconnect from the internet constantly all day and night.

Hate this company. Was with them for many years. Decided to go with a different, more reliable internet service because we would lose our service far too often for the amount we had to pay. Kids in online school, pandemic, etc. We canceled and I was told the remaining balance, which was approximately 450. Ok fair. I'm behind, so I understand. Get my final bill, it's over 700...... Well, ok, forgivable because the equipment was turned in late. I spoke with the representative, informed them that once I see the bill reflect the correct final balance after the equipment has been processed for being returned, I'll get something set up to take care of the remaining balance. I got another call from a representative, only this time, trying to collect just under 600. Wait, what?!?! I'm supposed to owe around 450. The representative informed me that maybe all the equipment hasn't come off the balance yet. He told me to wait about a week and call back regarding the balance. Within a couple of days, the bill of just under 600 was sent to collections and really damaged my credit score. Now I'm angry. I hope they tank and never recover. Thankfully much superior services are going around and this crooked company will hopefully go under!!!!!!!! Worse company to do business with in my opinion and so thankful your reign of having a monopoly for being the ONLY option for internet and cable is coming to an end!!! Proof is in your ratings!! Your company is awful according to most people!!!! Congrats!!! At least you accomplished at something!!!

In today's fast paced world, it takes a week for them to start the service. Really??? I had Spectrum as my interner service provider for years and they didn't even need an appointment when I first started my service and when I moved from apartment to apartment. Spectrum provided ready to go modems which I activated as soon as I reached home, ON MY OWN. No technical assistance needed. This company (MediaCom) provides the service that changes future but the company itself doesn't know how to use the service that they provide. Sad situation.

Went to just get basic cable nothing else and they kept pushing different packages so I walked out probably gonna get a dish
