Was a wonderful experience regarding the pregnancy test and information last week. The physician at that time assisted with scheduling my ultrasound. I have not met with anyone clinically yet regarding my pregnancy and I understand the earlier the scan: the less likely the baby will show. I am almost 6 weeks and had my ultrasound scheduled for today and the nurse (Jenny) informed me of my appointment being double booked but then proceed with that would not see anything because I am too early and was insistent that my period date/conception date was later than I stated; already having the notion of sending me home with miscarry instructions. After this, my husband was in contact with her regarding the appointment cancellation and how the information was distributed (which originated with being double booked then changed to how I'm inaccurate about my menstrual cycle) she attempted to redeem herself now stating we can come in today to do the ultrasound. At this time we will be going elsewhere for the initial ultrasound. Jenny was rude, unprofessional and unfortunately devastated our regard for this establishment. *Update - The nurse continued with text messages and phone calls regarding how she spoke with my husband and I; continuing to address her miscarriage protocol. We have since addressed that she is to cease from contacting us. We are looking into harassment charges at this time.

Everytime I have called them they have been so friendly it catches me off guard! Jasmine is great with setting things up over the phone and she is very warm and calming over the phone, which isn't usually the case in my experience with clinics.
