We went in (just looking) at first, started over at smart Luxury motors, because we had someone we have purchased through before and had nothing but a good experience. We ended up picking a vehicle at the smart Kia location on Harrison and we’re a bit skeptical. All of those mixed feelings we’re gone within 15 minutes of talking to Austin Baker he was extremely informative and seemed to have the best interest for the customer!! Would highly recommend stopping in.

I was so ecstatic with the customer service at Smart Kia! Jay helped me with all my needs. He was not pushy in any way. What I loved is that they worked as a team️ Everyone was very friendly. First off the business was emaculant. I told them what I was interested in and they showed me what they had. I got a Chevy Equinox LT . It's so pristine, it looks like a 2022. Absolutely gave me a great price. I also added a 2 yr service agreement for just a few dollars more. I will definitely go to them again. Hopefully the same Salesman and loan officer are still there. They were phenomenal. wonderful experience.
