(I tried posting with NO stars, but I have to select one in order to post...but please note, for the record, I give them NO stars.) We signed our contract over 9 months ago. So far, they have scratched the topsoil off of the building site. Multiple mistakes have been made in the pricing. Never any genuine remorse. We and our real estate agent have spoken to several DJH representatives. Tired of their "too bad for you" attitude. Tired of the excuses. Currently trying to have our contract voided and our deposit and first draw fully refunded. Sure it won't be without a fight.

A more than 5 month delay? with only a week or so notice of another delay. unacceptable.
They said it would take 6 months,it has been more than 2 years.The workers do not show up to work and the contractor keeps pushing back the finish date by 2 weeks.
