I hired Laird Surveying recently to identify a shared property line for my mother's property in Millcreek. We were very happy with the process/communication from both office and field staff, especially since I was doing so from out of town and not able to be there on the ground. Laird was very accommodating and responsive to my questions (and patient with my learning curve!) . They also did their best to stick with the original quote even though, I know that they spent additional time completing the survey beyond what they estimated. I absolutely recommend Laird & Associates.
