Our experience in working with David's Bridal to find bridesmaids dresses has been outstanding. Mackenzie was warmly professional and not at all pushy. When we gravitated towards potential sale priced dresses, she readily helped us find available sizes online of a dress in the color and style we wanted. All of the David's Bridal personnel we have interacted with, from the store manager to those who have answered our questions by phone, have been friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend using David's Bridal for your formal wear needs, even if you are on a strict budget! Thank you to the sales staff at the West Fargo David's Bridal for making our shopping experience stress-free and fun.

I got my wedding dress, veil and some other accessories here. Also got outfits for all 12 bridesmaids, my mum, my mum inlaw and flower girls. Staff was more than helpful and nice. Highly recommended.
We made an appointment to try on prom dresses. When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk person, who then said "these are out prom dresses, if you need assistance let me know." Really! Is this how you treat a customer!? When my granddaughters made the "appointment" we both were under the impression that she would have a "stylist" assisting her. Instead all we got was a "get it yourself" BIG BOX STORE experience. I will NEVER suggest David's Bridal for anything.
Not the best dress selection. Could not book more that a 30 minute appointment for special occasion appointments Staff is nice, tried their best given the circumstances. Too many people, not enough sitting and many didn't wear masks. I'm mother of groom and unfortunately didn't feel special. As I said staff are great!

I had a large group and we did the bridal appointment the same day as the bridesmaids dresses. We left very happy and got everything picked out that we needed. The girls had great attitudes and were very helpful!
Went to my bridal appointment last night. Noelle was absolutely fabulous. She is one of the best consultants I've met and I used to work at a bridal salon as well. Recommend her bubbly personality and she was so helpful. 10/10 would recommend Noelle. She's awesome.
Alterations team is AMAZING! They did a fantastic job on my wedding dress as well as several of my bridesmaids and mother dresses. Parvin and Sharmina are the sweetest and will work with you to get the job done the exact way you want it. Love this store and the alts ladies!
