I always enjoy Ben and Jerry's, and this one is no different! Excellent location downtown! Very good quality. A little pricey, but hey that's B & J. We got our Ice Cream to go and walked to the park on the same block to check out the live music.
I had an amazing experience getting a surprise ice cream cake for my husbands bday, at this location! The cake was DELICIOUS, the Customer Service was A, and from beginning to end I was a happy camper! Whitney the Assistant Manager even called me about a week after I picked up the cake to ask how we liked it and to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. THAT IS AMAZING!!! Following up is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO important, and means so much nowadays when so many other things feel \impersonal\. I am about to order a 2nd cake today for my mom's bday because I was so thrilled with my last purchase, and plan to use this location for my cake needs going forward!
