I met with Zaniffa at Beautiful Windows. She was very patient with me as I looked at catalog after catalog. She added her suggestions but allowed me time to make my own decision. There was a delay due to Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday and of course Covid. My blinds were installed recently and I just love them. The installers were professional and worked quickly and efficiently. I would use them again and would recommend this shop as a place to purchase your window shades.

After 3 years of having the product, Beautiful Windows still treated me as a valued customer. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. The Installation technician sent to my home was very respectable, professional, and friendly. He was not satisfied with his work until he knew I was satisfied.
