First time I can honestly say that I am satisfied with a company. The staff at the location I purchased my TV at was friendly and accommodating, especially Kimberly and Kevin. Kimberly was the only one that greeted me when I visited your location so when I was ready to make my purchase I went looking for her because I thought your employees were paid by commission and I felt she deserved it. When it was time to do curbside pickup for my TV the next day Kevin was AMAZING. I'm 9 months pregnant as a first time mom and couldn't figure out how to remove my car seat to make my 75 inch TV fit in the back of my CRV and I started panicking because I was holding you guys past closing time and thought I had to come back another day (the installation was scheduled the following morning before your store would open so I was freaking out) but Kevin went online and as he put it worked \smart not hard\ and was able to remove the car seat for me in a matter of minutes. When I went to tip him he refused to accept my tip even though he was SWEATING from everything I put him through. Amazing customer service for sure. And the installation the next day was fast and painless. The gentlemen that did the installation were very courteous and knew what they were doing...they did it right the first time and in a blink of an eye. LOVE the quality of professionalism and customer service that was provided by this company, it's employees and affiliates overall. Will be returning and sending all of my friends and family to this location. THANK YOU!!!

This location looks like it is hanging on by a thread. It is sparsely stocked and I rarely run into a sales associate that has more than superficial knowledge of their assigned product area. If you already know what you want to get and you've checked to make sure they have the item in stock, this store is \okay.\ But if you need to shop and get helpful guidance, I'd look elsewhere.

I don't know what is up with this store but it looks like it is going out of business or something. It has very little of anything in stock. Almost all the shelves are empty. The few shelves that had items are badly organized with items pushed together in a pile. Going to a different Best Buy..

This store was extremely displeasing. I went to pick up a computer I purchased the night before and went inside to collect. The staff told me I had to go to curbside and refused to give me the computer inside. I waited for a total of 45 minutes. While waiting I discovered I didn’t have my physical ID but I had the card that I made the purchase off as well as other forms of identification and the bar code from the email they sent. They said I had to go back inside to speak to manager DeJuan. He wouldn’t even use discretion to check what I had as valid forms of identification. He said he would not give me the computer because I didn’t have a physical license. I had to travel back home and it took 2 hours to get back to the store. They made me wait for another hour and didn’t even look at my identification when I returned. The most awful experience with nasty people I have ever had. I will not be returning to this location ever again

Kids don't have to use masks in this location in Davie I asked the manager and workers about it and they were very rude about it and said no kids don't have to use masks!!!! Ok so why are they keeping schools closed then?? These people at best buy are very rude and nasty never will shop in this location ever again
