We went during the week and early so it wasn't too packed. The best part was watching the grizzly bears feed. There was definitely a lot to see. At 17 a ticket, it's well worth a trip to the City.

Casa Reta was more than a venue, it's an experience. My wife and I had a wonderful experience dealing with Reta from beginning to end. Reta was easy to work with and very clear about her expectations when renting her property. We searched other venues and found that everything was overpriced and not that great to begin with. At Casa Reta's you get the country feel with plenty of room for all of your guests. We had a little over 82 guests with plenty of room for parking and to dance the night away. As far as photography, there is no better place for pictures and absolutely gorgeous inside and outside. Overall great experience and wonderful service!! Highly recommended.
The zoo is near Ocean Beach. It is a great place to go during breaks from SFSU. Parking can be pack. They tend to close it off if it gets full. Only go here during sunny weather and early. Coming here in the afternoon can be boring.
We recently had the pleasure to work with Walker on planning a client event atCasa Reta Friday, June 17. We do many dinners, parties and events each year and I have to say Walker was the best to work with and by far the best venue I can remember! The event was talked about by our staff and clients as being the best they have been to in a long time. The service, food, wines and ambiance was outstanding!
