Security in this facility is questionable old rusted latch, hallways dirty , rat infested , termite infested. Assistant manager barley speak English and hides behind his computer not to take care of customers and he is rude. Rent at your own risk !
I absolutely love this Extra Space Storage location! The office manager, Nina, is always so very helpful. She made my rental process super fast and enjoyable, even during this pandemic. Nina, Will, and the other employees at this location are very reliable, great when it comes to communicating, and are always willing to go out of their way to accommodate me. I would strongly recommend anyone to rent from this location, I promise you won’t regret it!
I haven't had such awesome effective customer service from any storage facility in a very long time, I've experienced several different storage facilities in the previous few years and without a doubt, Extra Space Storage is by far the best. Mr. Anthony and Mr. Jorge greeting was very pleasant and professional, they went above and beyond what was required to ensure I left their a satisfied customer. Mad kudos to whoever employed these two young men, they are truly an asset to Extra Space Storage.
With the frustration of moving and feeling overwhelmed. The manager Nina helped me during my move. She went out her Way to help me with all my storage needs. And was very sweet And pleasant. Thanks to Her I was able to end my moving day a little easier.
