The employees Sharon and Maria are exception and professional. They know the subject matter to include water testing, chemical knowledge and all related pool accessory questions. They make the weekly trip to this store a very enjoyable experience, they know every customers by first name and even know tidbits of information on most customers personal side. I look forward to seeing this store remodeled and modernized, I realize the value of having an updated business model and keeping these valuable employees.

I was raised in this area and my father has been going to Sharon and Maria for years. My wife and kids and I just moved back to the area and bought a house with a pool (and spa) and the previous owners were regulars at the shop, so I started going the first week we moved in. Sharon and Maria have helped me learn how to manage my pool as well as my hot tub/spa. Both of them are so knowledgeable about how best to maintain your pool/spa so that it can be enjoyed the way it should be and not be a burden, like so many people sadly think they might be. They are friendly and funny and always a pleasure to visit. I'm grateful for their helpful expertise and I look forward to being a customer (like my father) for years to come!

About 3 months ago we got rid of the pool boy and I started doing everything myself. I came into the store knowing next to nothing. Sharon and Maria gave me the tools and the guidance to get our pool chemically balanced and looking great. Their knowledge is spot on and they helped me get to where the pool is easily maintained at a fraction of what I was paying the pool service. An added benefit is that their personalities are a rare treat and I actually look forward to coming into the store and chatting while they test my water and discuss this whacky world we all live in.
