Amazing coach and training partners. Definitely will help anyone who wants to lose wait or anyone who wants to improve majorly in self-defense and/or MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, and Kick-boxing. Definitely has the most bang for your buck compared to its competitors.

I have done team sports my whole life and to be honest your team never really feels like a team when I decided to try MMA I went to Rock MMA it was my first and only gym going to. Everyone is kind and welcoming Carl said the first day that we are everyone is family i thought it was some cliche BS but after a my first week of going I believe what he is saying.
Welcoming staff and team. They try to push you to work harder and overall perform better. On top of that they are very flexible with trying out the gym to the pricing as well as the scheduling.
