So awesome! I started here as a beginner and the group has made it so fun and inviting. The instructors, Mike and Mark, are so knowledgeable and patient in the teaching process. The setting is so, so Beautiful and peaceful. I’m starting to feel the benefits of the practice, and can’t wait to continue!
