Multiple inside and outside lights were replaced at my home. An electrical line was placed in the kitchen for an electric stove swap out to gas. Quoted between 700-1000 for all of the work. The higher price quoted would be for difficult installations on the exterior. All installations were described in detail by me before I accepted their quote. They sent a COVID infected employee to my house to do the work. Work took 5 different people nearly a month to complete and the price is almost double the highest price on the original quote. Much of the “19.5” hours worked was fixing installations that they performed. It’s documented in their invoices. In addition to correcting their installations, switches that control the lights they installed don’t work as they should and as they had prior to their work with the original lights.
We needed our Generac generator up and running.... They quickly found a wiring issue, corrected the problem, serviced it and set up regular tests for it. VERY polite, tidy efficient, and knowledgeable. I'd call them again in a heartbeat. Good old-fashioned personal service!
My experience with Davis electric was nothing short of disappointing. Unprofessional people, unsafe working environment, and the blatant untruthfulness that takes place on a regular basis is just astounding. If wanting to learn, I suggest a larger, safer, more knowledgeable company to begin your apprenticeship. They will break your back within your ninety day probationary period, then discard you before you're able to obtain insurance.
Had them do a upgrade on my breaker box. Very professional. talked to him Saturday about a quote took care of me me by Wednesday. Only took 4 hours and had power back on and at a very fair price.
