We are very pleased with this pet service! They are extremely loving and gentle with our dog while reinforcing good pet manners. When we signed on with them we were full of questions about how to train our new puppy and they went above and beyond by providing us with helpful resources and personal contacts to ensure we were off to a good start. We needed a little pet assistance a day or two each week and they were the perfect solution for our busy family. The professionalism and reliability couldn't be better. Jake loves his midday walk. We have used Kelsey's Companion Care for several years. Kelsey and her crew provide outstanding care to our two rambunctious calicos. They provide text updates for each visit; litter boxes are always clean upon our return; they provide indoor kitty Olympics and play time; and all is neat and clean upon our arrival home. The administrative stuff (reservations, invoicing) is clear and concise and a summary is always provided on the counter upon our return. Additionally, they take care of the mail and newspapers. We would highly recommend KCC for anyone wanting professional, quality pet care.
We have used Kelseys for several years for both of our dogs and chickens while on vacation. They were very professional and took great care of them. We would even get updates and pictures while on our trip.
