Luxurious. Bathrooms are huge. Just very nicely set up. Very relaxing. Very quiet. The river at the end of the property is also very nice. Shallow, clean, cool water. We used the fire pit, rode bikes on the trails in the pasture, waded the creek, grilled steaks, and relaxed in the hot tub. Also, the hotel in Davis is the nicest B and B I’ve ever stayed at.

The serenity, beauty and natural scenery is unmatched in this gorgeous place. As far as amenities, the owners provide each lodge with basic necessities and we didn't need to bring anything except out own food and drinks. Turner Falls is only 5 minutes away and there is not a better place to stay in the Turner Falls/Davis area. I had the pleasure of meeting Robert, the owner, while he was out treating the land and grass. His care and hard work maintaining this property shows because the land and cabins are beautifully maintained. The hot tub had fresh clean water. The bathrooms, bedsheets and towels were all clean and even the grill was clean! We plan on coming back here again and again. There is also access to the Washita river and about a mile of trails to walk and explore. If you're planning a trip to Turner Falls, staying at this place is a must!

We had a bad experience staying at this place. Here are a few reasons that I don't recommend this place. 1) The train track is next to their lot, so you'll hear all the train noise. We couldn't sleep at this place because of it. 2) Dirty spots inside the cabin. 3) The stairs and wood decks are damaged. We don't feel safe to stand on the upstairs' deck. 4) The goofy bathroom. We booked two nights, but we only stayed one night. The owner didn't respond to anything, so you can see they don't care about the client experience.

This place is awesome for a quick getaway. We were thinking of going to Broken Bow but with small children I was not sure how they would do on a 4.5 hour car ride so we chose these because they were closer. And it was well worth it, tons of land to walk and explore close to the river and tucked off in the Arbuckle Mountains. We will definitely be back.

Be prepared for the night trains across from the river to wake you up a lot! The cabin I stayed at was in a bit of disrepair. Burt out lights, rotting upper deck/stairs, dirty, and a cracked window.

What a weekend!!! My husband and I stayed in the Treehouse lodge for a little get away before he deploys. We do not have a single negative thing to say about this place. The cabin was very clean, organized, cozy, charming and overall felt like home. We just everything about our cabin. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch with an amazing view. The area was so peaceful and loved hearing the train go by in the distance. We will definitely be back soon!!! Thank you RBL for an amazing weekend!
