I attempted to contact Davis about a year ago, receiving sporadic return calls, missed appointments, and a host of other problems. I decided to take my business elsewhere. A rep from the company contacted me several months ago and briefly discussed the ways they have solved their past communication problems, however, that has not been seen by customers. Recently, I have made more than 10 calls to Davis over the past few weeks all gone without a response. I finally got ahold of someone yesterday who asked me to text them a picture... The number I called was a LAN line... and now back to the usual leaving messages with no response. This final interaction is what prompted this post. I see someone from upper management monitors these reviews. I hope this brings these issues to your attention.

ZERO STARS. This company is the worst. DO NOT CALL THEM. If you get a call back, they will not show up for the appointment they set up. Then if you do finally get them out to charge or re-certify your fire extinguishers they do it wrong and re-certify fire extinguishers with gauges in the red.
