Our family has done the zip line twice and each time we have brought out of state family and everyone has enjoyed it. Even though the zipline in short I think the price is very reasonable and it has the unique draw of being positioned over the falls. It's extremely high and you get a wonderful view. Even without taking the zipline it's worth the trip there because it sits at the top of the scenic outlook point overlooking the falls.

The zip line is a big seat you sit in and is slow. For being a slow zip line, it’s over before you know it. Not worth the 18 bucks. They also want to charge you almost 12 bucks for video of your face. Been on way better zip lines that Gabe you more of a thrill.

I would have given one star if not for the manager who was very kind and great at customer service. But as for the children they have working there their customer service definitely needs a lot of work. They were extremely unprofessional
