I am a new resident here and everyone here is very nice and very accommodating! I have had a couple of small issues and they were right out to fix them immediately! Very professional and nice. I'm very excited to be here and start a new chapter of my life!

I rent a mobile home here and I absolutely love it I haven't had any issues and whenever I do have issues with my phone think it's someone out right away to deal with the issue the people in the office are very nice and always helpful to me I would suggest this place to anyone and I think that they do a very good job with approving people for a home I don't have the best credit but I do have a really good job and they look past the issues on my credit and I still have a very beautiful home I'm very happy
Phenomenal place to live! Lauren Filenworth in the office is an absolute delight to work with. I can’t say enough good things about her positivity and determination to find her clients the right fit! We really enjoy living here. We have great neighbors that have become family to us. Gail and Lauren are very helpful when it comes to getting things you need done. Our family enjoys living here it is perfect for us!
