Jeremy came out last Thursday to clean my rugs, I just want to tell you what an exceptional employee you have. I'm sure I'm not the first to compliment this amazing employee of yours. He was beyond pleasant, kind, professional, personable, helpful, informative, and engaging. We really enjoyed having him in our home. He is the kind of person that you just feel good being around! Thank you for sending him to us! Not to mention, he did a great job cleaning our rugs, they were in horrible shape and now I can used them in my home again. Thank you!

I have not hired a service company like KG in all of my years of owning a home. In every area of service they displayed excellence and quality. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. I will not only use them again and again, but will be referring them to my friends and neighbors. Our technician (Jeremy) was fantastic! KG Cleaning is awesome! So easy to schedule and coordinate a time to come out, they were very responsive to my emails, provided a quote and scheduled service quickly. Jeremy was outstanding!! He explained every step of the process was quick and efficient in his work, and even left me some stain cleaner to use later. I will definitely use KG from now on!!
KG cleaning was an amazing company to work with. They were professional, courteous, hard working and reasonably priced. I was glad to support a local family owned company that takes pride in their work. I’ve hired the corporate chains in the past - yuck. My experience with KG cleaning was a breath of fresh air. My husband and I own a small business in Dawson County and while it is a fun business, it has been so tricky during this COVID-19 pandemic. With all the recent rise of cases in our community we felt the need to close for a few days to allow a cleaning company to come assist us with disinfecting and sanitizing. I called around to different companies and was thrilled to speak with Mrs. Bethany and Mr. Ken and find a local small business that we could partner with. Their team wasted no time in estimating our job, personally coming to inspect our facility and giving the upmost customer service. KG CLEANER SERVICE did and INCREDIBLE job. They took such great care of our facility and the floors are so clean we could probably eat off them! (we won't try that but just saying:) Very impressed with their responsiveness, communication, price and we are incredibly blessed to have this company in our community. We will be partnering with them for years to come!!
