I ordered a part for my customer with \Next day air\ shipping. They CHARGED ME TWICE for the shipping! They charged shipping once on the parts invoice and then charged me another invoice that had \shipping\ on the description line. I tried to contact them through their \contact us\ link, but they acted like they don't care about anything but taking money. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE! If I had checked their reviews on google first, I would have known!

I stopped using them 5 years ago. I think they really only want to do mfg's warranty work. They are VERY expensive and not to attentive to solving your problem.

They tried to charge us 500 to fix our fryer in which there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THE FRYER. Had a different company come and check it out and again there was nothing wrong with it. Call the company and the gentleman I spoke with to let him know that there was nothing wrong with the fryer and to question as to why he would charge me 500 and why I had to pay 100 service charge, he then hung up on me. PLEASE SAVE YOUR money and never go here!

It was a pleasurable visit. First time in a long time that note than one employee kept trying to find the right part for me. They done it with friendliness & concern TO go the extra mile for me. WOW !!!! Just don't have enough of this in the world anymore. Fantastic.
