Your website isn’t kidding when it says \our water softeners lasts 25 years.\ We got 33 years soft water service installed at 4 NM hard water houses from Enting water softener. In that time we replaced 1/3 resin beads twice when City suddenly turned water on w/o pressure spike bypass. Oh, and original mechanical gear clock controller only lasted 32.5 years! Just bought a new water softener; pretty sure it'll outlive us. XOXO

We had a wonderful experience. Brent installed the softener and did a wonderful job. He arrived on time with all the materials and I watched him and he explained everything in simple terms. Water is so soft. Thanks Brent and Dan.

They will never take responsibility for any problems with scheduling or service no-shows, but they are quick to tell you they are taking you to collections because you refuse to pay rental fees on nonworking equipment they failed to pick up in a timely manner. Granted, I used them when they were still in Enon and I live in a county further east, so it is possible customers in their current service area are seeing better results. In reply to Enting's response to my review: My account was originally with National Water Conditioning which was in Enon (or possibly Springfield). At some point it switched to Enting - the original business sold or whatever, of that I am uncertain. What I am certain of is that the quality of service notably declined after Enting took over my account. I stopped paying because the system wasn't working and getting it serviced was a huge hassle, and ultimately requested it be removed. No one came to retrieve it at the original scheduled date, but invoices kept being sent.

We recently needed to replace our 25 year old RO system that we purchased from Enting. It worked without failure all those years until we accidently cracked a valve while doing some other plumbing repairs. Went in to store, chose new system and scheduled install for two days later. Install went smooth and we expect to have another 25 years of RO water that our grandkids say is the best water they have ever tasted.
