terrible. my visit was awful. the clerk was absolutely RUDE. i saw roaches & the bathroom was ant infested. they let people walk around without masks & ppl were coughing. do not recommend if you want a nice experience. please safe your time & money & go over to south metro or something. if i could give them 0 stars i would. absolutely terrible training the employees need to take more professional training & classes. never spending another dollar here again.

The kids very 1st time ice skating and they had fun.. they were the 1st to arrive and had the rink to themselves.. when the place became pack we saw a ton of kids with helpers so I went and ask where to get them and I was told 1st cone 1st served.. well we were 1st.. I told them that this was our 1st time here and 1st to arrive but no one even asked if they would like to have one so that was a bit disappointing and during open skate there are a LOT of hockey players \practicing\ which was a little scary for them it being their 1st time

Make sure you make an APPOINTMENT for open skate because if not you are wasting your time. I've never heard of an open skate where you have register for two people to skate. This place will never receive my business nor my friends. I suggest finding somewhere else to spend your money and time.
