Been here twice takes forever to get unloaded

This place is garbage iv been here 2hrs and I was the sec truck to get here the guys are in no hurry and have no ambition to do their jobs this is in called for I will not be back
Messed up company. Had an appointment for loading they told me load is not ready so had to wait 3 hrs passed my appointment time. Then once i got in the dock they messed up with the load and with tags so took another couple hours to get all sorted out . Overall close to 6 hrs. Stupid
