Totally agree with other 1-star reviews. Same experience. Ordered a 15 roll of sealant from their online site. System said it would ship 6/5/19. Their tracking system still says "processing" as of 6/27/19. ZERO response on multiple voice messages and emails. Company is either a total scam or is run by complete idiots. Oh and I tried to put a 1 star review on their site but it didn't post. Imagine that. They apparently only post 5 star reviews of themselves. A total of 3. I'd guess written by their 2 bit staff.

BEWARE!!!! Ordered online. Took funds in full. Estimated to ship by 3/13/19-3/15/19. Started requesting tracking number via e-mail on 3/20/19 because no one will ever answer the phone at their place of business. Never received a tracking number. On 4/9/19 I requested a refund instead since I still could not get the tracking number. I received an e-mail stating my order has been refunded in the amount of 2,789.58. Here it is 4/17/19 and my refund has not hit my bank account and they are still jacking me around - trying to issue me 233.50 out of the 2,789.58 they owe the company I work for. They claim it is because USPS lost the package and they had to file a claim and the 233.50 is all that is holding on my card. Untrue, my bank statement shows a posted amount taken of 2,789.58. I STILL DON'T HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER - I HIGHLY DOUBT IT WAS EVER SHIPPED. Wish I would have seen the review from Nathan Paulick before I ordered! SCAM IS RIGHT!
I placed an order on 06/05/2019. They never set the float switch and they are unreachable by email and phone. Do not buy from this company unless you want to hand your money over to a scam company!!
what a horrible experience. We ordered material from this company and i feel like they scammed us. we have been calling them for a month without a reply. when they did finally reply they told us they shipped our product but USPS lost it. what BS. Please save yourself the hassle and money and use another company.
