Megacity Fire is hands down the best around. I cannot speak highly enough about their knowledgeable staff. Kevin was super friendly and provided great fire training. Not to mention this is a family owned and operated business and they pride themselves in the products and services they provide. I know I can always count on a quick response from the staff at Megacity. They truly go the extra mile.
Our company, recently started doing business with Megacity after our previous provider unexpectedly raised prices with no explanation. I contacted Megacity for a competitive quote and they responded immediately to our need. They came to our location and did a complete walk through and not only provided us better service for a lower price, but also found several instances where our previous service provider charged us for work that they did not actually complete. The technicians are friendly and professional and the office staff is very responsive. I would highly recommend this company.
