After briefly searching online for a place to repair this old school clock that has been in my family for close to 50 years, I found Mark and Sessions Clock Repair. I am so glad that I did! I wanted to mention a few things besides the amazing work that Mark did at a reasonable price with a one day turn around. First of all, be aware but not discouraged, by the fact that this business is a home in a neighborhood and has no signage indicating clock repair. After driving around the neighborhood for ten minutes thinking I was in the wrong place, I actually sat outside on the street and called to clarify I wasn't lost. Thank god that I waited because Mark did outstanding work on a clock that hadn't kept time in many years. He took great care in changing the movement on the clock so that it now keeps time perfectly. If you have a clock that needs repair, do not hesitate to take it to Mark!
Mark of Sessions Clock Repair repaired my two work anniversary clocks which had stopping keeping time. I am very thankful that I chose Mark to repair my clocks, as he did an excellent job and had them fixed and ready to pick up in just a few days. I have a nautical brass clock that quit working. Mark worked on it and I was told it had a very difficult movement. It worked for only a day. When contacted, he reworked on it and replaced the movement at no extra charge. Seems to be working fine now. Appreciated his responsiveness and follow-up.
For those of us who love clocks, Mark at Sessions Clock Repair is a godsend! We took 2 clocks in--one for a cleaning and one to have the mechanism replaced--and both came back to us timely and working perfectly. Mark charges a fair price (not cheap, which we appreciate for good work), and we were happy to patronize a veteran. Highly recommend!
