Let me preface this review with: I am a human garbage disposal. I eat anything and everything that's edible to humans, so you'll understand I am by no means a picky eater. I am also that person who often loads salt onto everything after the first few bites, as salt can be great and it often brings out the flavor in many recipes. I went to this restaurant hungry as I'd assume most patrons do when arriving to an establishment that serves food.

Simply the best. You can read the 400 other five star reviews to figure out why.

We had our first trip today. The soft pretzels were warm, had a nice crunch on the outside and soft in the middle. We also purchased their frozen pretzels to have at home. The prices were great as well.

Lost my wallet here and had the person who found it give my wallet to the people working behind the counter. I have been asking for two days for help and they refuse to look or even give any direction. Person on the phone keeps saying maybe it was stolen, meaning an employee stole my card? Its unfortunate, I will never go back here solely on the principle of them not helping when I was asking nicely.

Real good pretzels. I just got a tour of their work. They have a 18 feet oven. And it is cool.

The soft pretzels are larger than they were originally and the flavor in the crust has changed. I think I liked them better smaller with a crisper crust.

Pretzel are good and the prices are cheap. I bought a half dozen Pretzels, two drinks and a thing of cheese all for 7 bucks
