My knives were dull and now they're sharp. 2 day noncontact service at a reasonable price. A nice polite lady on the phone.. I don't know what the Karen in a previous review is talking about , maybe she just wanted to speak to the manager

As someone who likes my knives very sharp, this place will get them there, which is hard to find. Prices are reasonable, they are easy to deal with and turnarounds are fast. Highly recommended.
Very poor service. The rest of the reviews are fake. In fact there are only two. I would reccomend you to NOT go there.
