This doctor is sorry excuse for a surgeon. Did my surgery 6 years ago. Didn't work. Told me and my wife that he was going to put a plate and screws. Well no he went thru the front and installed some plastic wedge. It never fused together and my surgery was scheduled for 4 hours. It was rushed in 45 minutes. Every time we went for x-ray he showed my wife and I somebody else's . Piss poor excuses for a professional surgeon . Please stay away from this hack doctor. Now I have permanent nerve damage on my left side. Finally found a specialist that said he did a hack job. Now I have to have another surgery with 3 plates and 2 rods. Don't deal with this Dr. He needs his license taken away. His staff are horrible to...no concern to your health .

After many months of limiting leg pain and recieving steroid shots I was suddenly in pain that preventing me from standing or laying down. 3 months ago Dr Tyger aligned and fused L3-L4 after removing my stenosis and damaged disk. I am now pain free and moving toward full recovery. I highly recommend the Dr and his staff.
Very empathetic and caring. I would reccomend him, his PA and the organizational business.
I have dealt with alot of doctors in my lifetime and alot of really bad ones! This is by far the worst office I have ever dealt with!!!! Do not expect them to care or even contact you or a family member back with any problems you have!! Bed side manners are just as bad!!! We are just a fat paycheck to them and give no cares once they are paid!!! Run while you still can!!!
If I could give him 0 stars I would. He is the most unprofessional Dr I have ever dealt with. My wife was scheduled to have a procedure done, one that was scheduled for over a month. He had my wife do all the pre-surgical testing, even prescribed medication to take before the procedure. The day before the procedure, while I was on the phone with the scheduler, his office called and said he was canceling the procedure, because he wasn't going to be doing pain pumps anymore. This from a so called professional is unacceptable.
