Oof. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a front desk worker. Me and my friend came for a day pass and rentals. The worker was disrespectful, rude, and generally unhelpful. He was very confusing and did not offer any solutions (we are certified belayers at other gyms and this was our first time here). He was inpatient and seemed generally annoyed. My hope is that his day got better because it must have pretty bad when we walked in. We will likely not not be returning to this is gym because of this interaction. Aside from this interaction, the other workers were very helpful and kind. The gym itself is good, kind of small and the bouldering routes aren’t great. Fair pricing. The atmosphere is fun and encouraging.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, they genuinely want you to be enjoying your climbing experience. The routes are updated regularly to allow for unique challenges no matter how often you go and they are laid out well. I would highly recommend checking it out!!!!

the bald headed front desk worker is the most rude, mean, and disrespectful person i have come across. i am an experienced climber and i was not allowed to take the belay class. he made excuses and was lazy to help us, treating us like we had no business being there.

Worker was rude, disrespectful and the place is a pain to deal with, I’ve climbed everywhere but this place and he claimed you have to schedule Tests to tie a belay and we could not use ropes that day so we decided to boulder. Their walls are pretty nice but if I went anywhere over the third panel I would get yelled at so I decided to just leave, will not be going back here or spending my money here again

Beautiful and unique location, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff, perfect for beginners! They have implemented a system for contact tracing due to covid and are taking the issue seriously.
