We paid just over 600 for two nights at a hotel that was very outdated and not super clean. Our bedding had stains on it. We chose “coastal view” because our assumption was we’d be over the water but instead we got a sliver of the water with majority construction from next door instead. When we complained to staff, NOTHING was done for us. This place is an absolute scam. Everywhere will obviously be expensive because it’s Daytona. But I’d suggest using your money elsewhere that at least will give you free breakfast for 300 a night. I’m not sure what we paid for other than a dingy hotel room. During check out the mans name tag read “Supervisor” and he didn’t even look up from his computer and make eye contact to speak with me. Beyond shocked at the hospitality we received and we won’t be back.

The hotel was ok. The rooms are spacious but needs a update! Room was clean. All staff wore masks. It was very busy (wedding party) so the during peak hours the elevators are extremely slow Overall a good stay
THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING TIME! You made our anniversary very special! Started on Thursday with Mark at valet, the gentleman who checked us in early and to all the great Spa employees that made us feel at home. Then Chris, the bar manager and Jen behind the bar serving us a great meal. The strawberries, champagne and morning breakfast delivered to our room was excellent! EVERYONE was so friendly. We will be back!!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facility is generally nice. It's an old school building with an old school vibe. Elevators need to be better maintained as one seemed to be continually malfunctioning. Other guests indicated this was the same in years past. Parking garage could use some work with some surfaces having exposed rear. Room was spacious and well maintained. Bathroom and towels were decent enough and balcony views very nice.
The Valet parking service sets the tone for a great Plaza experience. They are friendly and prompt. Inside you're greeted by friendly staff, a beautiful beachfront hotel, and full amenities. Helpful people abound at the Plaza. I always enjoy my visits here!
Stayed 8 days during Bike week. 1st time at this hotel. I will definitely be going back. Hotel was beautiful. View from the bar is incredible. The valet gentleman took great care of me. Always friendly and hustled to get my car for me. Front desk clerks were busy but never made you feel rush. I wish I could remember the one front desk clerks name. He was awesome. Funny. Happy.... rooms were very clean and brought clean towels quickly when we called. Bartender Brett was attentive even though it was packed plus he makes great specialty drinks. Thank you everyone for making my vacation enjoyable.
Over priced much like any other hotel in Daytona. I had to park at the complete opposite end of the hotel from where my room was. Coastal view wasn't what I expected see photo. The refrigerator didnt work and had a funky smell, shampoo bottle was empty no body soap, called guest services and was told someone would be up to correct the problems, nobody ever showed up. For the price you would think breakfast would be included but it's not. If they paid as much attention to the rooms as they do the lobby this could be a great place to stay until then I recomend you pay the extra for the Hilton.
SPACIOUS! Enjoyed our visit! Spacious rooms, polite staff & overall great presentation. Staff we encountered were polite & wore masks. Outdoor seating facing the ocean is great for relaxing. We had a 7th floor room facing the road and could hear the festivities on the road from Turkey Rod Run visitors. No big deal but light sleepers may opt for an ocean view room! Parking garage is easy to get to after checking in. We would stay here again!
