I am always more than pleased with my shopping experience at this location. There really is always something for everyone here. Mostly I enjoy this spot because of the staff. One gentleman in particular is always very friendly and helpful. I know that if ever I needed anything he would be more than happy to help me. I believe his name is Alex. I like your merchandise, but I love the staff. Thank you for making me feel like such a valued customer!

Best store in town! great layout and good prices
I am extremely disappointed in this local beach store. I am a local Floridian and a small business owner myself. I understand the no returns, no exchanges policy absolutely. However, I feel that when you have sold an item that then breaks in less than the 30 days of purchase, you should offer a refund or exchange. I purchased a 30 umbrella to use for my trips to the beach on 7/7/2020...today is 7/20/2020...13 days after the original purchase. I used the umbrella the day I bought it and was extremely happy with it. I live in Orlando, not exactly close to the beach. Today was my second use of the umbrella and it ripped right in the middle and is now not usable at all. Stand behind the products you sell. I'm not returning it because I don't like it or I used it and I'm done with using it for my day at the beach, I'm returning it because it broke and it wasn't cheap. Very wrong way of doing business. And don't come back and say that it's because you don't know how I was using the umbrella for the past two weeks, I'm not an incompetent individual that doesn't understand the concept of using an umbrella, that's just rude and ignorant to be so disrespectful to a customer..
