We had them in our community for 4 full months now and they’ve been extremely professional and they do a lot outside the box and contract. Whatever we ask them to do or assist, they do it with a smile. The owner is also on top of his security officers and keeps the communication with them and the association board members clear. Always looking to get better and assist in any other way.

Excellent customer service and prompt response. I am a Property Manager and I was able to receive services right away from DDCA Security during a required fire watch in my apartment community. I was completely satisfied, not only with the professionalism of the security guards but with the personalized attention from general manager/owner Alex Fuentes.

Very; racist, discrimination, company I would not recommend... Especially if you don't speak Spanish and your race isn't Cuban. Which is sad.. It's like they dislike you but want show it. But of course I'm not stupid or foolish I can read in btwn the lines... When they first hired me my post was on the beach off Collins ave. Inside a Cuban/Spanish/ Arab store where almost everyone spoke another language besides English... I knew a little Spanish now but it wasn't good enough to hold a sentence. Or full convosation. I felt this was very unfair and asked if my post could be switched... Sure enough she did what I asked. But you guys want believe it.... just guess.. The rest....
