I will say that the Euless dump, so far has been most convenient, compared to lack of other choices for dumping! Everyone has been very friendly, I have conveyed to Kelsey that she keeps stealing my good people, and taking them to the other plant!! That being said, the one constant, has been Michael, not only can he drive that bulldozer like a well oiled race car, he can convey instructions to all of us drivers and position us exactly where we need to be! He has very good people skills! As much as I would hate to see him no longer working that dozer, there is no doubt in my mind that he could train someone to do the job, and do it well, he has earned his right to move on to bigger and better! There is no job that could be thrown at Michael that I dont believe he could strive in!! He is awesome, and has a beautiful smile!!
