“Natalie - Thank you for your review and feedback. We apologize for the frustration you experienced due to the parking issues. We have recently resurfaced the overflow parking lot near your home's designated 2 spaces and designated your spots by striping them and adding signs which indicate they belong to your lot. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the community office so we may assist you directly. We appreciate your residency with us and hope you have a great day“ Responding back to this yes I have 2 designated parking spots but I have 3 vehicles registered to my home. And the excess parking is always full of cars 3of which have been parked here for MONTHS. I live at the entrance and have to play parking roulette Everytime I come home from work with no explanation on where to park if there is no parking available in front of my HOME! The parking issue has not gone away and the manager doesn’t keep up with who is parked in the excess parking and there needs to be more parking within the park so people can park closer to their homes. There’s is a 5 day parking limit that is not followed by management because 3 cars have been parked there for over a month if not longer.

Stacey is wonderful but I'm a bit perturbed that corporate can leave a notice on my door when my grass is too long but they cant inform me when they are gonna come on my lot when I'm at work and chop down my only tree. I really enjoyed that tree it wasn't over hanging anything and had beautiful hummingbirds flitting through it on quiet evenings. Not a happy camper.
