Loved the organ concert. We are so lucky to be able to listen to excellent music for free in our community
St. Norbert's Abbey is the residence of the Norbertines. The chapel is beautiful with awesome acoustics. The organ in the chapel is a great treasure and they organize well attended organ recitals during the year. The stained glass windows in the chapel bear symbolic art that reveal aspects of faith. One wing of the abbey hosts a spirituality center where spiritual retreats are held. The abbey campus is serene and inviting. The best time to visit the Abbey is during summer when the \Abbey-Fest\ is held.
Father Christian made a nice Mass. Devin, the organist, was terrific, like always.
Beautiful, spiritual place, not too far from Our Lady of Good Help Shine. I hope to visit both again. Lovely to sing the Vespers and the Alma Redemptoris Mater by the Marian altar with the brothers after Mass and spend some time in silent prayer. Good memories.
