I called 3 times, each time expecting a call back once the service dept. could be contacted. This happened over the course of 5 days. They were made aware that I was out of fuel and the situation of my tank and yet no one would follow up with me on my request for service. On my third call, I spoke to Denise, and long story short I was told they did not want my business because I was upset at the fact they left me hanging for 5 days during a winter storm with no fuel or follow up to my request. I have said this about many businesses since moving to this state and I will say it again, THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! A clown show!

I really appreciated being able to use email to communicate back and forth about my contract. I also was very happy with the response time, I always had a response within 24 hours but often within an hour. The tanks showed up on time on the date they were scheduled to and the driver was very friendly and respectful of our property. Overall a great company!
Office staff, Service dept. and technicians are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased with responses.
Had to cancel my account today. Last time oil was delivered I checked pricing and they were .36 per gallon higher than other local companies. I let that one go. Today I get hit with a bill for having my boiler serviced. I called and questioned the 2.13 hours charge on the bill since I was home while he worked and I knew he had not been here that long. She said they added .5 hours to the labor for travel time and that's standard. TRAVEL TIME?!? Their office is in my town not to mention nothing was said about this when I made the appointment. While speaking with the representative, she raised her voice at me?!? They are a very greedy company, they do not give you a bill when their technician is leaving your house so you can't dispute the charge right away. Very greedy, NO customer respect.
Just wanted to commend all staff, from initial contact to maintenance dispatch and field technician for an extremely courteous, prompt, and efficient response to my emergency!
