I absolutely LOVE Dead Swanky! They are the most professional hair salon in Northwest Arkansas and Megan did my hair beautifully! I recommend Megan personally since she is my stylist but the whole team there is astonishing!! If I could give it above a 5 star review I would! It is a rather pricey place but beauty comes at a price and they deliver the best quality out there :) My senior pictures came out amazing!!

This was my first experience at Dead Swanky and everything exceeded my expectations! I went in for a cut and color and Sarah blew me away. She was polite, nice, and really easy to talk to! She listened to what I wanted and did even better than I was guessing it would look like! Everyone there was super friendly and so sweet. It was a wonderful atmosphere. I would recommend Sarah(and honestly anyone else). I will be using Dead Swanky from now on!!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this business, specifically with the stylist. She was an hour late for my appointment. I showed her pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like and 5 hours later it was almost the exact same color it was when I arrived. I asked her to fix it and another 4 hours later it still looked nothing like the picture I showed her. I spent 10 hours at this salon and did not get what I wanted at all. And then she charged me 300 for it. I have never had this problem at any other salon and have requested the same style and color before with good results. This was just sadly a bad experience with a stylist who may not know what she’s doing. I’m not happy and I will not go back to this salon.

Made an appointment and had a time set, went in for my appointment and the woman said she didn’t have me down. I told her I had the text saying my appointment was set and without even looking at the text she said “I can see that but I’m on my way out,” 45 minutes before they closed. Terrible service do not recommend.
