I will never deal with this company again. if you need something in a reasonable amount of time don't count on it. 3 attempts to resend my order. No offers to make it right - refund - xtra order - overnight - future discount. Nothing. My online order for 18 glasses was before Thanksgiving. Still nothing. It appears robots respond to your email.
