Sales person sat at her desk and after we stood around for 15 minutes waiting called to us from across the store to ask if we needed any help. She couldn't be bothered to get up and give us any information. I guess because it was the end of the day she wasn't interested in our business. She then proceeded to be very short with her answers and completely unhelpful. I wouldn't buy cabinets from the Dearborn store if it were the last cabinet store on earth. There is nothing worse than poor customer service.

Very inconsiderate people work here. They block off the parking lot with this forklift and don’t move it unless you’re a paying customer. A very lonely man with glasses and a ponytail said that it’s his parking lot and if I have a problem he can call the police and I can speak to them. He then rudely shut the garage door in my face. They have no sense of decency.

Worst customer service ever id say, worked with BOB who I have had to call 20 times. My cabinet doors came mounted the wrong way which my installer had to fix. The window that was put in the design was a 30 inch which should have been a 34 inch, needless to say cabinet didn't fit and was opened so could not be returned. I had maybe 3 different price quotes from BOB that were incorrect. I then went to buy my counter top, which I was forced to work with BOB again, lucky me. 1 week later still no call so I contacted the coubtertop place and they said they have no record of the purchase from cabinets to go. Called cabinets to go and of course bob answered and knew who I was from my complaint and never asked my name. Still haven't decided if the whole store is trash or just BOB. Update: cabinet order placed early December and was told I wanted which counter top, due to BOB'S inability to multi task counter tops purchase was not completed. I went in person first week of Jan and placed the order, BOB did not place the order for 8 days until I called back and talked to the manager when the order was then placed. Countertop company is 2 weeks out for measure and 2 weeks after for install, so now my home finishing is 1 month delayed, 1 more month without s place to live with payments being made. LETS SEE IF BRIAN CAN MAKE THIS RIGHT IN ANYWAY.

This place is Horrible do not order Cabinets here! Go to hall road. Staff is horrible! You will not get returned phone calls or cabinets on time. Please see this as a warning!

Can be a little slow when the only clerk out front is helping other customers design their whole kitchen, but someone else eventually will come out from out back somewhere.
