They came out and fixed my sprinkler system when they said they would. They did it quickly and efficiently. Today we had our gutters cleaned. I AM SO IMPRESSED. They took before and after pictures, showed me clean gutters, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
Terrible Experience!! It took 11 months for them to return and fix a poor job. Than a month and a half to come back and fix the bad job of repairing. Very bad at returning calls. 1 star only because there are no negative stars. --2 at best. P.S. The owner response is very incorrect. Either He or his employee are lying.
We were referred to this company as we were interested in a irrigation system. We had an apt for a quote set up for a Tuesday, Noon-1pm. We received a call about 9am the same day confirming our apt. Well come 1:20pm no one showed and no phone call. So I called their office and I'm only able to leave a voice mail. It's not till the next day I get a returned call explaining that they are not sure what happened and could they reschedule, which we did and selected Friday, 1-2pm. Come Friday I get a call around 9am thinking its going to be another confirmation, but instead it them letting me know they had to cancel and reschedule my apt. Sorry but that's just a red flag for me when a business does a no call/no show, and then have to cancel the reluctant make-up apt I extended to their company. As both my wife and I were awaiting Tuesday's no-show apt, in which they wasted our time. Even if their business came recommend I personally just cannot proceed with someone who does business this way, too me I just feel it's a prelude to how the installation would go if I was to hire them.
Hired them last year to put in new sod, landscaping, irrigation system and also do grass cutting and fertilizer treatments for the season. The guys were polite, hard working and did a decent job. I had several issues come up this Spring, but in time they've taken the time to listen and fix the problems.
