Dr Plagens is genuinely the nicest doctor I’ve ever had care for me. Very patient and listens well to my concerns/questions. My husband’s worked with him in the OR and speaks highly of his surgical skills as well. Highly recommend.

If you have a broken bone you can most always get in the same day you call or the next day. Don't waste your time at an urgent scare center you can have your xrays done here by certified radiology techs. Most employees have been there 10 years plus... they are well educated compassionate individuals. When you call- you actually get to talk to a person!

been here twice now and both times waited over an hour just to even get in the room. second time around they scheduled me for 1 o clock appointment and the doc goes to lunch right before I showed up prompting a 2 and a half hour visit to have my daughters finger looked at which took a total of about 20 min worth of work. if your going here better hope your not in a hurry because they could care less about timeliness or your time in general. if it were for me and not my daughter I would have walked out. good thing I figured that out before I chose them to be my knee doctor

Yes, l have sometimes waited to see my physician. But they are a thriving, busy practice. My concern is how l am treated and the quality of my care. And l can report that both have been outstanding. I had very serious knee problems that ruined my quality of life. Those problems have been addressed with kind, straight forward caring expertise that has given me my life back... you can trust these folks with your health problems.
