Dr. Signori genuinely cares about his patients. My first appointment with him was like 10 days ago and I was extremely impressed with his compassion and concern regarding my issues. He sat with me for maybe almost an hour to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood everything. He takes his time, makes you feel comfortable and gives his honest recommendations of how to proceed with medical treatment. The staff are very nice and answer any questions you may have. Also with COVID happening I did notice all the precautions they are taking to ensure the safety of their patients. I definitely recommend him!

The Dr is very kind, but his staff does not return the calls. I have called them four times during this week expecting a call back regarding my dad new medication and no returned calls so far. very disappointed

This medical practice is a disgrace to say the least. I have denied service on multiple occasions. I have to call and beg them every time to not forget to set up my REOCCURRING appointment. They know that my mother is a patient that has to keep coming in occasionally for transfusions and they still choose to ignore us. This review is not against Dr.Signori, he is a great doctor. It is for the lazy and unappreciative office nurses that keep on promising to return our calls but unfortunately never do. Don’t believe me, read the other reviews about the staff. How hard can your job be to not be able to schedule an appointment. THAT IS YOUR ONLY JOB!!! Distasteful service and I highly do not recommend coming here. Find yourself a doctors office that actually cares about their clients. Do they know how hard it is to start all over with another doctor, retest everything, driving further, etc.? Unfortunately after many multiple attempts and long hold times, we waited long enough and have decided to file a lawsuit against the medical practice. We are currently in the process and our lawyer has all the medical Rx’s, phone records and recorded phone calls. We will be taken them to court for denial of medical treatment. I can’t wait to see what their excuse is. It’s unfortunate it had to reach this, but some people love to learn the hard way it seems. Good luck.

I have NEVER felt the urge to write a review but now I understand why people do and why these reviews are so horrible. Places like this give the medical industry a bad name. Unless you're dead, they dont care. They forgot to do a blood draw so i had to drive back for that, forgot another test, and forgot to send me home with the appropiate samples and paperwork. The cherry on top; I came in for my follow up appointment and they decided to cancel it and claimed they left a VM letting me know. There was absolutley no call and no voicemail. Will be finding a new doctor.
