We cannot say enough good things about Hassan Scheib and his amazing team at \Own It Realty\ in Dearborn. From the moment I called him 6 weeks ago, out of the blue about a house that had his sign on the lawn, to listing our current home, until we closed on both the houses today, he has always made us feel important and been there when ever we had questions. We truly trusted him and he never disappointed us. Our home sold in 2 days and with his marketing plan, I had 28 showings, it was fun crazy. He is very professional but also very personable and loves to share a good laugh, and we did a lot of that. This is our forever home he sold us, but I'm telling all my friends and family if they need a good realtor, there is no one better. He also connected us with an amazing finance whiz named Hoodie from Prime Lending who brought the same respect and professionalism to the table and let us know from the start that no question was silly. He also returned our text or phone calls very promptly and was very patient when I just needed some extra support. Great people, great job, and I'm going to miss not interacting with them daily!
