The employees here always exceed my expectations they go the extra mile for every customer and are very accommodating. Every time I go I feel like their service is focused on me personally. The staff is really friendly always asking me how I'm doing and how my day is going, making sure there's nothing else I need before I leave. I also feel very safe going to this location they make sure that they are sanitizing high touch areas and they're keeping a limit on the number of customers that come in. At the same time they're still accommodating customers that are just doing drop off's. I continue to be impressed by how efficient the staff is.

Nice customer service provided by them. Very friendly service. They provide many services like mail, mailboxes, faxing, shredding your valuable documents, passport and ID photocopies, color and black copy, Notarizing and also computer workstations service. They sell parcel boxes, stationery and cards. Common parking front of the store.

Wonderful service....very polite and efficient, also very helpful in sending an different shaped item that didn't need a box, just a mailer. Will definitely be back to this store when I need to send any packages.

Best ups store to go to. Very kind and polite. I drive from Greenfield by the other ups store that’s walking distance to this one because they are professional in every sense of the word.
