The history and stories made the visit. I hope this place stays open. Covid hit it hard. Let's preserve history!!

I dine in this place quite a bit! This is my favorite place to pass a nice evening. I go to this spot regularly. The cooking is excellent, the crew is friendly and the price is decent. I enjoy being in this restaurant over a nice supper.

This little slice of history is everything you’d expect: beautiful, quirky, aesthetically delightful. We ventured out to see Pirates of Pensants and were tickled pink by the intimacy and artistic nature of the venue as well as the charming cast of players. An amazing time was had by all

I’ve been there 2 times. 1979 and 1989. I’m still remembering about the mood. The water tap outside after a journey through the desert. It’s somehow an inspiring place. Just go there and have a look. It’s a little bit like the old old Ibiza (late 60ies and early 70ies. San Carlos and the OLD Anita’s Bar.

Very interesting place with a lot of history. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the opera house was not open for tours. But they did allow us to look around the hotel lobby, which holds a lot of neat stuff. Marta Beckett was a very interesting, multi-talented woman. She had painted an audience on the walls of the opera house so she would have someone to perform to. When she was unable to dance anymore (ballet), she performed from a chair. She also did many paintings throughout the hotel.
