We hired Screen Force after receiving 3 estimates to rescreen our very large pool enclosure, and to add a 3rd door out onto the property. Leo came out and provided the estimate, he was on time, did all the measurements, and is just a really great guy, down to earth, no hard sales tactics and a good sense of humor. When I made a change to some of the screen type, he very quickly re-estimated the difference in pricing for me right away without delay. Once we committed to Screen Force Leo collected the deposit, and the next day the office called to get the job scheduled. They arrived yesterday with a full crew of guys on time and got right to work. I don’t know any of the installers names as I was in a hurry to leave to head to work, but there was about 6 or so of them. They completed the job same day, and for the most part cleaned up after themselves. One or more (?) of the installers actually went above and beyond their job. It was apparently noticed that one of our long rain spout drains had come off at the gutter, they found that piece about 10ft away in the yard by the chicken coop, and put it back up for us! I want Screen Force AND the installer/s to know that it did NOT go unnoticed by us, and it was very kind of them to extend themselves in that way & we are very much appreciative of that thoughtfulness. They were recommended to me by my neighbor. I am very pleased from start to finish and would recommend them. Screen Force thank you from our family to yours

The professionals at Screen Force completely transformed our backyard into a poolside oasis! We had a screened in lanai that they tore out, expanded, and turned into a pool enclosure. The quality of the build is outstanding, and the efficiency with which they worked was very impressive! After they built the roof panels they had the structure up pretty much over the course of a day! They were able to provide us with some really luxurious options like extra wide doors and a picture-view screen. I may be biased, but we now have the nicest screen room I have ever seen! I highly recommend Screen Force for everything, from a new screen structure to a simple repair.
This company worked fast and efficiently to install the screen at my house. Leo was friendly and knowledgeable when doing the estimate. Covered every base to find exactly what we needed to keep my littles ones safe. They worked with my schedule for installing the screen. The guys came out and did a perfect job on the installation. Once again, covering all bases to make sure it was perfect and safe. Their pricing was very reasonable. Best investment I’ve made in a while!
We used Screen Force at a previous residence and they were nothing but professional. This time not so much. I’m disappointed in the sales rep Leo who seemed kind of clueless in his approach to answering question I had. I asked them to install a dog door for our little puppy and there was an up charge of 95, which was no problem. We were told that they don’t supply them and we needed to buy one, again no problem, we were told we could buy anyone we wanted, again, ok... Guys showed up unannounced ( didn’t receive a call to confirm or that they were on the way) and when my wife spoke to them about installing dog door they said it wasn’t proper type and it couldn’t be installed. So now we had to choose to not have it installed or have them come back and install it, which I’m sure would of been a chore, because who wants to come back after they’ve been paid to install a dog door, so we asked them for our 95 off of bill, to which they did without trouble. I was a little irritated that one of the guys decided to take a jump into the pool while my wife was in the office working and my daughter was at school in front room, right by where they were working. If he jumped in pool simply to clean trash or fetch a dropped tool, we have a net, ask! They could of used the same net to remove all the leaves and pollen leaves that got into pool when screens were removed. Would of been a good touch to show respect for customers home. And then, to top it off, I come home and the fence door they’d been using all day was wide open.
Disappointed in general. I want to share my experience to help others that are new to screen enclosures. First, do not accept a drawing only of the project. Ask them for a detailed wording of all that is included in the price. Drawings make you think kick-plates are included when in fact it can be just an aluminum detail that holds the screen. Make them also write in the estimate that for the down payments there are no refunds. If you decide to give them the opportunity to serve you, check the workers as they will scratch the surfaces of the aluminum they are installing and also will not clean up after themselves leaving rods and just dirt after their work. I am not recommending to my friends just because of the disappointments I had even though they tried to help me feel happy with them, I end up disappointed anyway.
