They do not train you for your job, expect you to know what a mechanical engineer knows and if not you will be called stupid to your face. Good place to work if you don’t mind putting your life on hold and only doing what the company needs. Overall it’s a poorly run business. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians

Management and HR don't give a care about civilians. If you have a concern about HR don't talk to a manager. If you have a problem with the manager who do you call? I had very important information needing to be returned. But they don't care they are eating it's not taking food out their mouth. The manager had an attitude the whole time I was talking with her. Then told me they was treating me with respect. Lady its not what you say it's how you say it.
